I heard more clear speculation about this from a person I would consider quite intelligent and connected. His theory is that you willingly commit an unspeakable crime on video so the people who are really in charge know that you will never cross them. And because they know that they own you, they promote you to very senior positions up to and including president (he was speculating about Clinton).

I don’t remember if it was on FR or the old Doug Powers blog, but someone posted that he lived in the same apartment building as a young Bill and Hilary Clinton, and one night when a wild party was going on in their apartment, this guy walked out of his apartment to see a naked Hilary passed out on the floor of the hallway. Now, that’s not SRA, but it’s indicative of loose morals of a certain degree.

“...you willingly commit an unspeakable crime on video so the people who are really in charge know that you will never cross them. “

One might infer from that, that “the people who are really in charge” don’t have enough members in their ranks to fill all the positions they need to be filled or do all they need done, so they must coerce cooperation. From that, one might infer that whatever “the people who are really in charge” have as an end, a goal, something they want to accomplish, isn’t all that appealing.

What do they have as an end, a goal, something they want to accomplish?
