This is what should have been INSTEAD of the Oslo Accord. Oslo was more about giving the PLO honchos their own fiefdom so they’d leave the Saudi oil fields alone, and the sheikhs could stop paying them protection money. Instead they could bleed the Palestinians dry, whether in old communities like Hebron, or in refugee camps, and terrorize the Jews.

This idea could spread to other old, stable communities all over Judah and Samariah. So the PA will work tirelessly to crush the movement now, including night riders, assassinations, and suicide bombings.
