Heard today- the ruling just delays the verdict until monday when the three dissenters on the SC will re-present the issue to the court and try to make their case- if so- this isn’t finalized yet, but I doubt the three can make their case- it’s pretty clear they are on the wrong side of the issue per usual

I've never heard of SCOTUS rehearing a case after they release their ruling opinion and dissent. I believe today was the last day of this session. They don't come back until October. So KBJ is going to have to take the L and stew. She'll probably make some nasty comments in articles and speeches.

could be- Here is the case from polutico- can’t find the one i heard earlier, but it said about the same thing I heard from conservative site-

“Supreme Court leaves open the question of nationwide injunctions when states sue.

The CASA ruling leaves room for judges to order relief akin to a nationwide injunction when a state sues the federal government.”
