Why would the so-called “Supreme Leader,” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, of the war torn Country of Iran, say so blatantly and foolishly that he won the War with Israel, when he knows his statement is a lie, it is not so. As a man of great faith, he is not supposed to lie. His Country was decimated, his three evil Nuclear Sites were OBLITERATED, and I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered, and would not let Israel, or the U.S. Armed Forces, by far the Greatest and Most Powerful in the World, terminate his life. I SAVED HIM FROM A VERY UGLY AND IGNOMINIOUS DEATH, and he does not have to say, “THANK YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP!” In fact, in the final act of the War, I demanded that Israel bring back a very large group of planes, which were heading directly to Tehran, looking for a big day, perhaps the final knockout! Tremendous damage would have ensued, and many Iranians would have been killed. It was going to be the biggest attack of the War, by far. During the last few days, I was working on the possible removal of sanctions, and other things, which would have given a much better chance to Iran at a full, fast, and complete recovery - The sanctions are BITING! But no, instead I get hit with a statement of anger, hatred, and disgust, and immediately dropped all work on sanction relief, and more. Iran has to get back into the World Order flow, or things will only get worse for them. They are always so angry, hostile, and unhappy, and look at what it has gotten them - A burned out, blown up Country, with no future, a decimated Military, a horrible Economy, and DEATH all around them. They have no hope, and it will only get worse! I wish the leadership of Iran would realize that you often get more with HONEY than you do with VINEGAR. PEACE!!!

Trump should have let Israel off the piece of human scum..80 percent of Iranians would have rejoiced..but I think Trump is also sending a message to Khamanei, I know where you are sleeping!
Trump: “Since Khamenei didn’t thank me for saving him from death, I’m canceling the easing of sanctions on Iran.”
As a man of great faith, he is not supposed to lie …With all due respect, Mr. President, consider where Khamenei’s “great faith” lies—in Islam, where taqiyyah (lying to non-Muslims) is very much permissible.
Khomeini is practicing al taquiyya... lying to the infidel. What’s the purpose? Not admitting defeat.
Islam is spread by the basic principle that if they can beat you, their god is greater, and you must convert. That is the meaning behind their battle cry, “Allah Akbar!” Because of this, they can never admit defeat. To do so is to turn their back on Islam and admit that their god is not greater.
This is why you get ridiculous things like this and Baghdad Bob declaring we are losing the Iraq war while entering Baghdad... no amount of obvious defeat will ever be admitted. They will only accept that they’ve had a momentary setback. They will recover and will eventually continue the fight.
We’re losing? Let’s call for hudna—ceasefire. This essentially means we need time to regroup and rearm to continue fighting. It doesn’t mean the end of hostilities as we think of it.
It’s their religion.
Men of most faiths are directed to speak truth.. ..Khamenei’s faith, iirc, excuses / encourages lying if it benefits Islam.
Stop giving credit that he is still alive or is the leader. Just acknowledge the statement and not attribute it to his comments.
There are big-brain reasons why this should be done. If it requires a comment, come back with you are able to comprehend.
I wonder if the title, “Supreme Leader” is an accurate translation because to me it sounds like something off of Rocky and Bullwinkle.

I started this here on FR. Donald Trump must be watching.
Maybe 80 %....maybe a lots less, but one thing for sure, the remaining faithful would make Khamenei a martyr and revved anger against the little Satan and the big Satan forever...while the 86 yr. old will be gone soon of natural causes. Tough call. Peace loving Trump was probably right....per usual.
Lying is a standard and accepted practice in much of the world. Everyone knows it’s a lie. Iranians, fully knowing what really happened, celebrated the “victory” in the streets with fireworks, flags and banners, even while they knew it was all a fraud. Much of the world is really weird.
The title in Farsi is “Rahbar-e Mo’azzam”, which apparently literally translates to “Most Esteemed Leader”.
More commonly, Khamenei is referred to simply as “Rahbar” (leader), which in our parlance could be equivalent to “Führer” in fact.
Not celebrating could bring bad consequences from the ARMED agents of the Islamic regime.
