This is not an Article III US District Court Judge, but rather an appointed “magistrate judge” (a white woman appointed during the Obama Administration in 2015, graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 1986). Her decisions are appealable to the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

There are four Article III district judges in this district. Two are Trump appointees: Chief Judge William L. Campbell, Jr. and Judge Eli J. Richardson. There is a Clinton appointee, Aleta Arthur Trauger, and an Obama judge, Waverly D. Crenshaw. Hopefully the Chief Judge will reverse Magistrate Judge Holmes; if the court rules for Kill More Kilmar OG, the case can then be appealed to the US 6th Circuit in Cincinnati (handles appeals from TN, KY, OH and MI).
