I say Iran with nukes is bad. So far, at least, Tehran looks powerless to stop Istrael. Again, so far.

This is why Russia was hurrying to announce they had inked a deal with their “ally” Iran to build them 6 new nuclear power plants there.

There is no need for “Iran” to exist as anything more than a gas station.

I suspect Iran has enough U-235 for about a dozen bombs and has it hidden away.

Enough uranium for a bomb can be hidden in two containers buried in an area the size of Texas.

The U-235 could be smuggled into a US or Israeli city and a bomb built.

An atomic bomb could wipe out a few square miles. It would take dozens of H-bombs to vaporize metropolitan Los Angeles.

Anyone who has any doubts about the effectiveness of the F-35 and the need to have it in the inventory should have those doubts erased.

Thirty years of Iran's massive and economically crippling investment in it's nuclear weapons program were shut down and largely dismantled in a few short minutes.

This is what modern war looks like.

If we are headed toward an inevitable religious war of some sort with Christians and Jews united against the Muslims... We may as well get at sooner rather than later... In numbers we have the advantage right now... In another hundred years or so... Who knows?

Ideally, Iran will capitulate, Japan-style.

Everything Iran has shown the world in the last 47 years, though, seems to suggest it will not.

Iran seems likely to protest what Israel has done, even as Israel continues to pound away.

But to whom? And what will it expect to accomplish by protesting? It’s been an international pariah for nearly fifty years. Even most majority-muslim countries have had it up to **here** with Iran and may privately be happy Israel did what it did.

The EU, seemingly condemning Israel, is so politically and socially deranged, it almost doesn’t matter what it says. “Consider the source.”

Can’t remember the source but a rumor on X said he thought that Iran might ALREADY have 1-4 A bombs.

Of course just speculation but that in turn makes me wonder why Iran (as i write this) has not returned fire? Is it because Isreal took out enough C and C or is it Because they have the big bombs and are arguing if and how and where to use them? 🤯

Iran’s big attack will come in a week and it will be bad. The USA might well be targeted as well. US ships could be in harms way. As long as its just Iran it is OK—but if others should join the fight.... It could spark a regional war. What will Egypt do? Turkey? Pakistan? Look to see more terrorism if nothing else. Maybe a new 9-11? Russia is too busy to do much, as is China. They will sit this out. All I can say for sure is—lots of folks are going to die in the next few weeks. We had best be ready for anything.

On multiple occasions, Iran has said publicly that it will wipe Israel off the face of the earth with fiery death, etc..

Did they expect Israel to just sit there and wait for it to happen?

Israel is still attacking, no?

Will there be worse to come, during the current operation by Israel, for Iran in terms of hobbling its progress toward entering the “club” of nuclear powers (weapons, not just power plants)?

Ideally, Iran should be motivated not to attack the U.S. (or U.S. interests) based on what Israel has done or is currently doing. Iran should be fearing worse things to come which the U.S. might do.

But are worse things potentially to come for Iran, from the U.S., that Israel does not have the power to do?

Moreover, are there worse things to come for Iran, that Israel has the power to do, but has not yet done?

We need more details, obviously.

Nuclear powers theoretically don’t wait around to suffer greater and greater humiliation before using it threatening to use such weapons. Do you think Iran “can do”, but is merely considering the details of what “to do”?

The Persian people, sans extremists, are pretty cool. Get rid of the mullahs, and let them get on with being a productive nation.

Problem Iran has is two fold the will to use nukes as they know the outcome if they do. They are crazy but not stupid and two is they have no real viable delivery system to do so that is reliable. Now they could try a backpack nuke method but that is iffy as it is easily detectable in spite of the movie BS, a delivery system seems easy but the technology to make that happen is complex as the Chinese and to a lesser degree Russia have had their challenges with having a sound delivery system.

Israel appears to have acted, ultimately, timely. But maybe only barely timely.
