Nanzi Pelousy is almost as senile as Idiot Joe Biden and the average IQ of a dem has to be less than 100. I doubt if ANY of them have (or CAN) read The Constitution.

Thank you for referencing that article DFG. Please note that the following critique is directed at Pelosi and not at you.

"“Because section 12046 of Article 10 says that the National Guard cannot be called up by the president without the consent of the governor.”"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

The consent of the governor that Pelosi mentioned is probably associated with the constitutional requirement for the feds to STAND DOWN to domestic violence unless state government leaders request federal assistance in stopping it.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States [all emphases added] shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

On the other hand, when national interests are threatened, the Constitution's Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 (1.8.15) is reasonably descriptive of what Trump is doing in LA imo.

"Article I, Section 8' Clause 15: To provide for calling forth the Militia [all emphases added] to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;"

Pelosi possibly overlooked 1.8.15 because it is in the Constitution's list of Congress's limited powers.

“”Pelosi works for the father of lies...””

Funny you should say that... because I’ve been thinking for years that if you remove that stupid wig she wears, the numbers 666 would be blatantly displayed on her skull.

“Because section 12046 of Article 10 says that the National Guard cannot be called up by the president without the consent of the governor.” Nancy, I think you should watch this short video. I think you might be one of those people.
