Stick with the facts.
On February 21, 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia would suspend its participation in the New START treaty with the United States. This treaty, the last remaining nuclear arms control agreement between the two countries, limits the number of deployed strategic nuclear warheads, including those carried on land- and sea-based missiles and bombers, according to Reuters.
That was after we pulled out of the ABM treaty, the INF treaty, the open skies treaty and started conducting strikes inside Russia.
Without Ukriane arms builders there are no new warheads, no new bombers, and the inventory of the cold war is almost gone. Putin must win to get his toymakers back.
