He is still pretending to be Ghandi up until about 1:02, so if you skip to 55 seconds in it still gives you about 7 seconds of his virtue signaling nonsense, and by 1:09 most people have had enough of his swearing and screaming. 15 seconds is more than enough time to get the idea.

As I said previously, watching the good video that you linked to from the 55 second mark to 1:09 is more than enough for most people to get the complete picture. If you could explain why you believe that the rest of us should find it valuable to burn an additional 4 minutes watching the same punchline... I for one would greatly appreciate it.
