Exactly. Or Wesleyan.
"He is spiritual leader of 800 million people. He can talk with every leader in the West with the strongest voice of all. The Catholic vote at the ballot box. You must think of that, you know..." - (fictional) Soviet Premier Kamanev, "The Shoes of the Fisherman"
New Pope has until he dies or retires. Trump has four years.
Trump has dealt with the new york political and real estate system and prospered. Pope?
My money’s on Trump.
He was predestined to be elected.
OK, I'm half kidding. If Leo XIV allows the Holy Spirit to use him in the incipient awakening that is showing itself among American young people, that will spill over to all Christians, Lutherans (me), Calvinist, Wesleyan, Baptist, Pentecostal. It was the Catholic church that was the door to the charismatic revival of the postwar (WWII) generation, but it spread from there to all denominations. Catholic adult baptisms are growing, in spite of the late pope's heresies, because God will work with or without the pope, but with the pope, the Orthodox patriarchs, and the Protestant denominational leaders, is better.
I figured he’d be a Padres fan.
Trump is number one. Elon Musk is number two in my book.
Both men have sacrificed their lives and honor for the survival of our Republic.
He’s not important at all
He has NO authority over me...
Hard to beat that question for stupidity....
More than Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos? Formal ownership is irrelevant.
There are a lot of fake Republicans.
“Maybe. How much money does he control as Pope?
More than Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos? Formal ownership is irrelevant.”
Thanks, Salman. Good point.
How many people think religiously that Musk or Bezos is infallible?
“Trump is number one. Elon Musk is number two in my book.

Poconopundit, I think Zuckerberg is a contender for your first sentence but not the second sentence you wrote.
“New Pope has until he dies or retires. Trump has four years.

My post actually assumes Trump is number one but names Leo as a possible number two.
“So did they figure out whether the new pope is a Cubs or White Sox fan?”
Which team is more deserving of papal infallibility?
