A very elderly woman once told me that when she was in school and looking out the window of the second story building, she saw a disc craft silently drift by just over the tree tops. So someone with access to an extremely high security program got his buddy, a medical doctor, into a restricted access part of a high security facility that even back then had cameras everywhere, with no access badge, and showed him a UFO, risking his own clearance and spending his life behind bars. The man is a liar.
