When a Supreme Court Justice doesn't know our system of government is a Constitutional Republic you know Congress hired an idiot to be a Supreme Court Justice.

But who am I kidding? CONGRESS ITSELF doesn't recognize our system of government and, so too, those elected to public office who approved said Justice, are idiots as well.
