The illegal alien entered the U.S. illegally, then was charged with a crime. The state court judge presiding over that trial then delayed proceedings before her and instructed him to leave the court house to evade arrest by federal authorities. It’s not normal for judges to violate the law, but when they do, they must be charged. As shocking as Leftists find it, judges are not above the law, and they don’t personify it either.

I’m wondering if the defendant’s lawyer could also be charged as aiding and abetting a fugitive. Although probably not worth the effort such a charge might just be throwing chaff into the fight. But still, he knew what the judge did was illegal and went along. That’s probably at least worth a firm, nonsense slap on the wrist. Where’s a Catholic nun when you need one?
