So the genesis of this whole "Maryland Man" shtick was due to El Fuego's stripper girlfriend in Houston getting knocked up by fellow MS-13 gang member Slomo so in order to avoid bad blood, MS-13 relocated El Fuego to Maryland where he eventually ended up being known as "Maryland Man."

It would seem that all the “rival gangs” that are out to get the “Maryland Man’s” tattoos now have a good idea of his location. I wonder why they haven’t bothered to knock his butt off. I don’t think MS-13 would have had any problem with knocking him off at a playground in Maryland Land in the USA. Cops in America don’t handle any serious stuff anymore. So, if I understand correctly, the scumbag was heavily involved in the Eclipse club in Houston, involved in hits inside MS-13 or other gangs over turf or whatever, became involved in a love triangle and was “reassigned” to Maryland to avoid an internecine conflict in Houston.

He doesn’t have facial tattoos to avoid the attention of the authorities because he inhabits the mid-to-upper ranks of MS-13 and this lack of tattoos is characteristic of those levels.
