With scores of planes in the air nonstop 24x7, it would,require full time habeas corpus.
Maybe apply it geographically to the deportation zones?

I was thinking like a bunch of night flights. Trump could suspend habeas corpus while people sleep and restore it by sun up the next day. People would understand that the move is directed against the illegal immigrants invasion, not ordinary Americans. People can see through the propaganda and see the truth of the situation. Trump might limit the suspension of habeas corpus to illegal aliens. Let the courts rule he can't do that; he must suspend it for all. Trump's popularity would go up.

Maybe time for this AG to use this court ? 3 Pres. Bush judges. 2 seats are vacant...Be nice if Roberts fills the 2 vacancies with judges that would...er, um, partial ?

The United States Alien Terrorist Removal Court is a special court established in 1996 to determine whether non-citizens should be deported on terrorism grounds. However, it has never conducted any proceedings as it has not received any applications for removal from the Attorney General.
