simply this. Your statement implies that all D/L issued by a compliant state are REAL ID. States can issue D/L to persons that do not/cannot meet the Real ID requirements. The fact that a state can issue Real ID does not meant that all ID issued are REAL ID compliant. For example:

Again you flat out lied, I literally stated, quoting the post now "Most State DL’s are already REAL ID compliant and no need to paint this as something more egregious."

Most states is not ALL states, nothing in that statement implies ALL states issue DL REAL ID licenses.

Stop lying.
