No, that isn’t correct. Not all state issued DL have these requirements.
To obtain a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID card, you generally need to provide proof of identity, proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful status, proof of your Social Security number, and proof of residency.
BTW, the reason REAL ID has been delayed is the impact on illegal aliens who cannot fulfill these requirements.
I literally said “most,” meaning not all. Then you come back and say what I posted is incorrect by saying “not all.”
You are arguing just to argue and you are falsely attributing intent to my words that are clearly the opposite of what I said.
For example MD has been in compliance since 2011, that would be 14 years ago.
Also every state has been REAL ID compliant since 2020 compliant and the majority of states have been updating their driver licenses since 2020.
Now explain to me again how my post was incorrect?
