My Alabama DL has no star on it, renewed in December. My VA ID has no reference to it being 'Real' and I renewed it in January. Does your VA ID have any markings on it? Or is it just an approved ID?

That’s good news. My driver’s license expired in June, OK because I can’t see well enough to drive until I get a corneal transplant this coming June. If it turns out well, I can get another license, but who knows? I am planned to get a WA ID card in the meantime.
