If RFK had access to those diagnoses, he would have said so.

Your response is a real stretch.

People refer to diagnosed illnesses all the time without using the word "diagnosed". For example people with high blood pressure commonly say, "I have high blood pressure". It doesn't mean that the person is guessing they have high blood pressure. It is commonly assumed that they have been diagnosed with high blood pressure.

And above and beyond all that, RFK Jr's point remains about elevated rates of autism.
