Like so many “true crime” dramas, it takes an actual case where a black person commits an horrific crime and makes the perpetrator white.

It adds the special aspect, for the UK, that not only was the perpetrator black but also an immigrant, but in the “drama” the perp is a native white British kid “radicalized” by online racist misinformation.
