We can’t throw it back in their faces, at least not legitimately, unless we hold our own people up to the standards we claimed to want to hold theirs up to. Just saying “you had no problem with it when it was one of your guys” is not integrity. It just opens us up to the valid accusation from them that “See?! Now that it’s your guy, you really don’t have a problem with it at all. It was fake outrage when you complained about Hillary!”
The leftist media makes it easy. The examples are endless. When its a longstanding continuous obvious pattern of hypocrisy you can absolutely point it out without having overwhelming moral superiority.
Ideally we would like to have the high ground but thats not always going to happen. I tend to look at things in relative terms. Sometime just being not as horrible is okay.
