It is well known and documented that the Warren Commission called specific people to testify who would agree with the overall findings.
Any witness (and there were many) who had a story contrary to the desired and planned in advance conclusions were simply not called.
Many witnesses who saw or heard things that pointed to a conspiracy were threatened and coerced to shut up including the Parkland Doctors, even Kennedy aid Kenny O’Donnell who was a few cars back in the motorcade was pressured to shut his mouth.
Folks, Oswald was an INTEL asset, right winger, patriot and ex-Marine and agent who defected to the USSR as part of his assignment from the CIA. Counterintelligence sent him, used him and then silenced him. He played his role as Commie loyalist and Marxist and those that handled him made sure all these “Commie Activities” were well documented before November 1963.
Oswald was one of many “defectors” sent to the USSR or East Bloc nations during the Cold War.
Somebody suggested this week that he was a poor shot and that he went to firing ranges in the USSR. Who lets an American “defector” use a weapon in the USSR 1959-1961??? How did he have access to a shooting range in a country where firearms are forbidden???
No, Oswald did his job for the CIA willingly without understanding what he was getting into.
Note how calm, collect and articulate he was after his arrest. He was sure the government would come to bat for him and get him out of this mess and as time went on he began to see the clearer picture - that is why he said, “I am just the patsy”.
When a graduate student over 50 years ago we used a nuclear spectroscopy device to measure “gun shot residue.” GSR IS NOT “powder burns.” I would be really surprised if someone shooting a bolt action rifle got powder burns from shooting such a rifle. Getting GSR on them is a totally different thing.
I believe the actual video showing Oswald coming out of the theater and all the cops who where there. Not to mention the man who is the ONLY one to actually see Tippitt get shot.....Not a single other person saw it.
Not to mention the neighbor who drove Oswald to the bookstore, etc, etc. etc.....the bus driver , etc. Ruth Paine, etc. even his own wife who said back then she knew he did it...not to mention his own brother who admitted he did it...etc. etc. et al...etc.

I’m tellin’ ya, every conspiracy theory is true. They all did it; Italian mafioso, anti-Castro Cubans, pro-Castro Cubans, LBJ, CIA, the Soviets, New Orleans homosexuals, one of the SS agents, Texas right-wingers, and more.
