Most likely, they have the right to refuse service to anyone.

WOULDN'T THE CHATTERBOX JAZZ CLUB GOING OUT OF BUSINESS DUE TO BUYCOTT BE A MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE?

The only exception would be if it was done in violation of a state or federal law. For example, “veteran status” is a protected class. A business cannot deny service just because someone is a veteran.

However, “political belief” is not a protected class. So an establishment can legally refuse service to a MAGA guy or to a Biden gal if they wanted to.

That’s my understanding, anyway.

It most certainly WOULD be. We don’t have to patronize such a biased establishment. In fact, this establishment doesn’t deserve one cent from us patriots.

Many things can happen, perhaps a bunch of protesters show up, not good for business when on the local evening news. Maybe they get sued for discrimination or get their liquor license pulled for weeks when an ‘investigation’ occurs. It does not bode well for this establishment, we’ll see.
