And that is about tariffs as it has been a loophole that was totally exploited as soon as China found ways to deliver to Americans directly.
Last I knew, China also got a “developing country” break on postage that often made it cheaper to ship a product from China to an American household than from an American provider to that same American household.
Obama upped the minimum value from 200 to 800 his last year in office.
