Usually the first officer is at the controls on landings. More evidence of that is the captain is heard communicating with ATC. The one communicating usually is not flying the plane.

Reportedly the male captain was communicating with the tower, which indicates that the rookie female first officer was landing the plane.

The video shows that she was landing “high and hot” half way down the runway. She had no ability to flare and slow down without overshooting the runway. She should have powered up and gone around for another attempt.
