Why Non-Extradition Countries Won’t Save YouIt explains that extradition treaties are not necessary for a country to hand someone over, as political and economic pressures often dictate cooperation with major powers. Using cases like Hushpuppi in the UAE and Sam Bankman-Fried in the Bahamas, the article illustrates how individuals can still be arrested and deported despite the absence of formal agreements.
It concludes that trying to evade justice through offshore strategies is futile, as no country wants to risk its reputation or international standing to harbor criminals.
Disclaimer: I haven't researched this topic beyond this article and cannot speak to the credibility of this source. Also, it's early and I have had only one cup of coffee (i.e., errors are possible if not probable).
It also doesn’t matter if the US wants you bad enough
It will land a helicopter in your backyard and load you up and go all before the host country can launch a response.
I personally knew a man, “Steven Anthony Stefanowicz” who fled to Australia to flee a ‘possible’ death sentence in the USA. He was on the ‘correct’ side of the political debate at the time and found a safe hiding place. He had to come back when Trump was elected because Australia did not want to be on the wrong side of that argument.
I currently have no idea how his case is going and I have not looked it up becuase I really don’t want to know.

Especially when they're dealing with Donald Trump.
I like the bullet to the back of head extradition method.
