The underground garage’s ceiling has literally been falling onto cars and leaking pipes for decades. My daughter played in the youth orchestra years back and the place was a dump then. Only the 80+ crowd goes anymore and getting them into their seats takes hours.It is not the experience it once was. I’m surprised they have any programs at all and can keep the heat on.
