The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday evening said the Trump Administration could not appeal an administrative stay entered by corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
Another Biden holdover in the Executive Branch caught up in President Trump’s firing spree filed a lawsuit to get his job back – and a corrupt Obama judge sided with him earlier this week.

Revoke his security clearance, Trump has absolute power with that. Also ban him from entering federal buildings and site national security.
Congress couldn’t pass a driving test. This is all on the Trump admin and when Trump saves the country these cowards in congress will be running off of it for a generation.
Pull his security clearance. If his job requires as a condition of employment he basically can’t perform his job. Sit in an unclassified room and count holes in the ceiling.

Appeal it up to the SCOTUS. Obviously the corrupt DC circuit was going to rule against President Trump. Let SCOTUS smack them down.
Suspend him for now with pay, ban him from all Federal buildings, and make sure to take away any database access, and security clearances he has. Once this has gone through the courts, he’ll be gone permanently.

Should not be hard to document neglect of duty or inefficiency. May take a few days of looking, but they ought to have had a reason before they fired him.
Sounds like the law says a person in this role can only be removed for specific reasons. One needs to dot the i and cross the t when firing someone in the Deep State.
