Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly wrote in her order that Treasury officials “will not provide access to any payment record or payment system of records maintained within the [Treasury] Bureau of Fiscal Service.”

Just arrest the Judge. She is impeding and investigation into fraud at the Executive Branch. She has no authority there, and trying to influence it is unconstitutional, certainly obstruction of justice, and in this case an accessory to criminal behavior. DOJ should understand this.
