This is the BEST PART of Trump 2.0. He’s finally learned the Democrat tactic of blaming everything on the guy before, which is almost always true in his case. Contrast that with Bush Jr. and his “new tone” which allowed all of the Clinton crap to get off scott-free and thus probably did more to create the mess that Trump has to now clean up.
