Heck, this is a great test of this fake-a$$ “blanket pardon”. This BS needs to die, not become accepted by people who have watched too much “Law and Order”.

The blanket pardon only applies to federal crimes. State crimes and civil liabilities aren’t covered.

At one point I had liked “Law and Order.”. One night I saw an episode and suddenly the main character lanched into an extended monolog about the evils of essentially conservatism. It was shockingly out of place in the story. I never tuned in again.

Preemptive pardons CAN’T be allowed to stand. It can be used to deliberately commit crimes ahead of time knowing you’ll just get away with it.

It is anti-Law and Order. The crime could be murder….but oops, blanket pardon from prior date to now.

Bull. Nixon was a POTUS and it was never challenged. This is absurd.
