Hunter Biden is once again embroiled in mor controversy as newly surfaced bank records and corporate documents link him to a fraudulent bond transaction involving Burnham Asset Management.

The firm, tied to a multi-million-dollar securities fraud scheme, saw Biden’s business partners arrested and convicted while Hunter himself avoided accountability.

The fraud centered on a scheme to defraud the Oglala Sioux Native American tribe out of tens of millions of dollars. Hunter’s former business partners, Devon Archer and Jason Galanis, were convicted for misappropriating funds meant for the tribe.

That happened to me, too. The main character was trashing the conservative parents of a woman/girl who had an abortion. Never watched again.

There’s a reason Joe picked 2014. He knows EXACTLY the who, what, and where of Hunter’s major crimes.

This situation, being Indian though, might be a sticky wicket for free-as-a-bird Hunter. I dunno. Maybe Bondi has staff to research the ins and outs of it.

Is this Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Jason Galanis Native American bond fraud scheme the same as the Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Bevan Cooney native American bond fraud scheme from a few years back?

“trashing the conservative parents “

I should’ve said, “the conservative CHRISTIAN parents”.

Answering my own question, apparently the Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Bevan Cooney fraud scheme involved the Wapkani tribe, so perhaps it was different.

It is kinda unlikely that before the Biden crime family stole money they consulted with lawyers to determine whether it was a federal or state crime.

Lol.

I like our chances to have some of our state prosecutors find a way to get after these mobsters.

The Justice Department can assist by doing some preliminary investigation and then referring to relevant state AGs.

Look who Hunter and possibly the 10% big guy ripped off.

Oglala Sioux, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, the poorest county in the United States.

Thank you. That was my question.

Daddy could not protect him from being charged for state crimes.

Preemptive pardons CAN’T be allowed to stand. It can be used to deliberately commit crimes ahead of time knowing you’ll just get away with it.

It is anti-Law and Order. The crime could be murder….but oops, blanket pardon from prior date to now.

Bull. Nixon was a POTUS and it was never challenged. This is absurd.

Here's my (very limited) understanding of this matter.

Tribal law can apply to non-Natives who affect the health, safety, and welfare of the tribe or its members, but this authority is limited to specific legal contexts, such as those provided under the Violence Against Women Act or Montana exceptions.

Civil jurisdiction is broader, allowing tribes to regulate or seek damages from non-Natives in certain circumstances.

Montana v. United States (1981)

Tribes can regulate the activities of non-Natives on tribal land if:

The non-Native has entered into consensual relationships with the tribe (e.g., contracts, business dealings).

The non-Native's actions threaten the "political integrity, economic security, or the health and welfare of the tribe."

The show “Law and Order” was anti-law-and-order.

Perhaps America’s problem (one of many) is a monopoly on communication.

Not sure that a pre-emotive pardon is legitimate. I have no doubt that if Trump Jr’s name was on that document the liberals would be out with torches and pitchforks and demanding blood. Biden does not get away with his crimes against American citizens. All these people have to pay.

I have never watched “Law and Order” but I fully recognize the pattern.

As you watch, there begins to exist a faint, mysteriously undefinable aroma of Leftism. You can just smell it like a faint pall over the dialogue.

Like the smell of three day old burnt toast, you can almost identify the faint stench, but not quite, so you continue watching.

Then, is some scene, out it comes, and you find yourself grimacing and saying aloud “Ahhh, what the f***....” before changing the channel.

I see the same pattern with the inclusion of homosexuality in a move, but in the case of the homosexual element, but in that case, it seems almost random and unexpected.

At that point, I often excuse myself and go do something else, or if I am watching alone, change the channel.

It is what they do for both Leftism/anti-conservatism and homosexuality. They have to proselytize to watching eyes.
