CW2 / Domestic violence - Moderate THREAT - up dated Jan 19, 2025
Ongoing protests, primarily targeting Tesla and Musk continue this weekend. Many are astroturfed operations but the potential is there for localized violence and vandalism of Tesla facilities and owners. Keep alert to news in your area and your head on a swivel.
***
Interesting rumors coming out based on leftists threatening to “take it back” on Saturday April 5th. Messages state that there will be protests at every state capitol as well as the capitol mall in DC. Focus of these announced marches was not named, but most likely of the anti-DOGE and anti-Trump variety.
***
Another variant of the CW2 scenario is the push by islamists to control the US, one bite at a time. FR’s Matt Bracken makes the following observation on “X”
“Only 17% of the people of Paterson NJ identify as Muslims, and the police can have beards and wear the flag of Palestine. The point is, Muslims don’t need to attain a majority to begin to conquer an area. 10% seems to be a “tipping point” where they will form a coalition with the Left to dominate local politics, and demand more concessions to Islam, such as loudly playing the amplified “call to prayer” 5X per day, driving out non-Muslims.”
https://x.com/Matt_Bracken48/status/1903399845575971240
Long been a problem in Minnesota where Somali immigrants have taken over cities. Islamists are congregating in Texas to establish towns to be operated under Shari’ah Law. As their base of control grows, so does their tendency towards violence - Europe is a prime example of that. These islamic enclaves soon become ‘no go’ zones for police and non-islamic peoples.
Terrorism - HIGH THREAT as of Mar 18, 2025
- Potential for soon direct conflict with Iran could activate cells in the US.
- Concern for a potential Islamic terror strike on a US hospital(s) by the end of the month.

Military / Strategic Activity / Deployments –
More on the potential carrier deployments to CENTCOM.
Nimitz departed Bremerton for its final deployment. Nimitz, which has been working up off the west coast, left Friday on its 22nd.
USNI reports it will take 2-3 weeks for Vinson to reach CENTCOM, which will overlap with Truman’s expected 1-month extension — positioning 2x carrier strike groups in theater. An additional extension of the Truman is not ruled out.
Last August, the U.S. also had 2x aircraft carriers in the Middle East, with Lincoln & Roosevelt overlapping for ~3 weeks.
Ford began COMPTUEX on 14 March and will deploy after completion.
Dual carrier coverage in CENTCOM confirmed. Whether a 3rd arrives depends on: 1) how long Ford takes to complete training, 2) where Nimitz ends up, and 3) length of Truman and Vinson deployment extensions.
OBSERVATION - Under the existing carrier groups out to sea, is wouldn’t be unlikely that FOUR carriers could be in the region. Giving the Nimitz one more battle flag before retirement. Would also serve to replace the Truman’s CSG that is currently being extended on station. The number of options for deployments has now grown to be significant.
FURTHER - Still monitoring deployment of USAF assets to the region as well as potential strategic bomber forward deployments to places like Diego Garcia and other airfields in the region.
POLITICAL FRONT –
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said the quiet part out loud this week on PBS, admitting that the Democrats intentionally stacked the courts with 235 progressive judges to stop President Donald Trump. It’s no surprise that since Trump took office this year, he’s been bombarded with an all-out legal assault from the weaponized judicial branch plagued with radical leftists.
“The good news here is, we did put 235 judges—progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump—last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.”
“We hope that the appellate courts, when it gets up there in the Supreme Court, will uphold those rulings. They restored the money to NIH. They required that 8,000 federal employees have to come back.”
Schumer’s remarks basically validate Trump’s argument about the weaponized judiciary. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) took to X immediately after Schumer’s admission, writing: “‘Progressive judges’ That doesn’t mean ‘judges who follow the law.’ It means progressive activists wearing black robes.”
https://wokespy.com/chuck-schumer-admits-on-live-tv-dems-stacked-court-to-undermine-trump/
OBSERVATION - Can also pocket this under CW2. Schumer, as noted above, admits placing progressive activists who will continue their activism on the bench in contradiction to upholding the law. They are trying to be law unto themselves. This is growing into a judicial coup against the Trump administration and the American people as a whole. The reluctance of the USSC - principally the corrupted Judge Roberts - will send us into a massive constitutional crisis.
China –
The US has imposed sanctions on two Chinese petrochemicals groups for allegedly importing Iranian crude oil, in the latest salvo of President Donald Trump’s “maximum pressure” campaign on the Islamic republic.”
Russia -
Logistics –
March 23, 2025: Russia’s railroads are under tremendous pressure because of the Ukraine War, sanctions and less money for maintaining railroads or anything else. One side effect is China using more reliable Central Asian railroads and sea routes rather than the collapsing Russian rail system. Speeds of Russian rail traffic have fallen to about 36 kilometers an hour compared to 48 for European rail traffic.
Since last year there have been growing fears of a collapse of the Russian rail network. A symptom of this is the five percent decline in cargo carried last year. People in remote areas who depend on rail for supplies are going hungry because rail shipments arrive late or not at all. Another hunger is felt by Chinese firms that no longer have reliable trade routes with Russia are turning to Central Asian railroads and seagoing routes.
Then there are the problems related to sabotage and the Ukraine War. Late last year a Russian freight train derailed in Belgorod province, near the Ukraine border. This sent the locomotive and ten empty railcars off the tracks. It took over a week to remove the locomotive and rolling stock. Then the damaged rails had to be replaced. During that time the rail line was blocked.

Ukraine –
WEATHER FORECAST – Fair conditions with temperatures in the 30s - 50s range.
24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Russia launched 147 drones. A total of 97 were shot down and another 25 were lost in location presumably due to electronic warfare. The focus of the attack was reportedly the Kyiv region.
Unconfirmed reports that Ukraine hit another oil storage facility in Russia.
Russian losses per 23/03/25 reported by the Ukrainian General Staff
+1470 men
+9 tanks
+27 AFVs
+104 (!) artillery
+6 MLRS
+5 AD systems
Ukrainian forces have reportedly liberated Nadiya village of Luhansk region
Pokrovsk axis (Formerly Ocheretyne) -
Russian Ministry of Defense claims full occupation of Sribne village of Donetsk region of Ukraine
Summary —
Ukraine appears to be struggling in its defense against Russia Shahed drones. This could be a result of degradation of Ukraine systems due to ammo or equipment shortages, changes in Russian tactics or a combination of both.
Moderately heavy ground fighting, but the situation is largely static with both sides making some limited gains.
The developing soap opera on ceasefire talks continues to drag on. IMHO it will not move forward in a meaningful manner until serious pressure is brought to bear on Russia, likely thru stricter economic sanctions.
Moldova/Transnistria -
If Russia receives all the Ukrainian territories it demands, it will accomplish its “land bridge” to Transnistria and be able to reinforce its destabilizing efforts against Moldova.
Poland –
Poland is preparing to lay up to one million anti-personnel mines along its eastern border as part of its newly announced East Shield defense initiative, according to Paweł Bejda, secretary of state at the Ministry of National Defense.
The decision comes as Poland, alongside Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, withdraws from the Ottawa Convention, which bans the use, production, and transfer of such mines.
“We have no choice. The situation at the border is very serious. Mines will be one of the elements of the East Shield,” Bejda stated in an interview with RMF FM, highlighting Poland’s increasing focus on fortifying its defenses against potential threats from Russia and Belarus.
OBSERVATION - This would also be a deterrent to the pressure of middle easterners attempting to reach Europe via the Belarus / Ukraine border region.
ISRAEL –
Key overnight developments -
- More Houthi missiles
- Israel strikes Hezbollah targets across Lebanon
- IDF expands operations in Gaza
——— GENERAL ——————————-
Leftists in Israel have mounted protests against the renewal of fighting in Gaza and essentially call for Israel to unconditionally surrender to Hamas in exchange for the remaining hostages.

A missile launched from Yemen was intercepted by American defense systems outside our borders - above Saudi Arabia. Israel reportedly detected the launch of another ballistic missile by the Houthis in Western Yemen earlier, stating that it was not launched at Israel but is believed to have instead attempted to target a vessel in the Red Sea.
Another Houthi ballistic missile was launched towards central Israel.
The missile was successfully intercepted by Arrow-3 outside of Israel.
Locals report a number of strikes by the U.S. Navy and/or Air Force against Houthi-controlled Hodeida International Airport alongside several other military sites in and around the city of Hodeida in Western Yemen. Hodeida Airport, which is also operated as a military airfield by the Houthis, has been targeted several times by the U.S. since 2023.
Report from Yemen: Several field commanders and leading figures in the missile launch system were killed tonight in US military strikes in the Marab district
——— ASSESSMENT AND FUTURE OPERATIONS ————————-
It appears that Israel’s tactical / strategic plan in Gaza is to progressively increase operation tempo with full readiness to go into the whole territory (with US blessing this time). Each step in the pressure preceded by a call for hostage release and Hamas surrender. Israel is aggressively hitting areas that were off limits by biden’s decree and seemingly without the warnings given in the first phase.
Latest round against Hezbollah found them being hit through out the whole of Lebanon and not just the south. Lebanon still is behind the curve on holding up its end of the ceasefire agreement, so preemptive and retribution Israel attacks will continue.
Barring a significant failure of the Arrow 3 system, Houthi missile attacks have been nothing but good target exercises for Israeli ADA systems. US naval assets (F-18s and cruise missiles) continue to go after Houthi military and civilian infrastructure targets.
Iran is still in Israel’s gunsights, but for the moment they appear to be holding their fire pending the full deployment of US assets to the region and a likely coordinated attack.
Iran –
Iranians battle ‘water bankruptcy’ -
Water levels in dams around Tehran plunge, with water rationing and power cuts expected for summer as rain-starved country wilts under severe drought
Water levels in dams around the capital have plunged and water rationing and power cuts are forecast for the summer as the rain-starved country wilts under a severe drought.
The managing director of Tehran’s Water and Sewage Department said last week that reserves in key dams supplying nearly all the city’s drinking water have dropped to their lowest levels on record, just 5% of capacity.

See Military / Strategic Activity / Deployments for more on the deployments of US carrier task forces to the CENTCOM region for potential support for a strike against Iranian nuclear development.
The maneuvering of assets makes them ready for deployment against Iran. In some fashion I could imagine that these off coast ‘exercises’ could be just a cover and they could be headed to CENTCOM even sooner.
I can envision 4 carriers on station. Trump said ‘massive’ response and nothing says massive more than an abundance of carriers.
Turkey –
Hundreds of thousands continue to protest throughout Turkey
A Turkish court has dismissed charges against Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu on suspicion of terrorism offenses, but extended his detention on suspicion of corruption offenses. This means that the Turkish government will not be able to appoint a replacement for the mayor, and Imamoglu’s opposition party will choose his successor.
OBSERVATION - There have been some attempts to arrest participants, but they have been largely ineffective against such large numbers. Question is when will the govt shift to more violent measures to quell these protests.
Thanks Godzilla. Thanks Matt Bracken.
Sounds like insurrection to me.
Re: sharia areas in Texas...
Texas has constitutional carry, castle doctrine, and stand your ground laws.

Roughly 100 protestors gathered outside of Senator Chuck Schumer’s home on Sunday to voice their opposition to Schumer’s leadership after he voted in favor of a GOP-backed spending bill.
The protestors held up signs outside of Schumer’s (D-N.Y.) home according to the New York Post, with one sign reading “Lost spine, if found please return to Chuck.”
Indivisible Brooklyn, the liberal group that organized the protest, stated that Schumer’s vote to confirm the recent GOP spending bill showcased a “devastating lack of leadership as he capitulated to Trump, Musk and the GOP during negotiations over government funding.”
OBSERVATION - Civil war continues to grow in the democrat party. “Indivisible” is the marxist/progressive cover group paid for in part by Soros pushing for a far more aggressive and even violent pushback to the Trump agenda. Most of the protests at Republican townhalls of late have been astroturfed by Indivisible funded rowdies.
BTW Schumer canceled the kickoff events of his book tour amid intense backlash over his vote to advance a GOP spending bill

Homeschool parents would face fines, misdemeanor charges and even jail time if they do not report themselves to local public school officials, under a new proposal from Illinois Democrats.
Parents also would be required to provide public school officials with a “portfolio” of their children’s work at any time, at any interval and frequency, until that portfolio meets the public school’s satisfaction. The bill, dubbed the “Homeschool Act,” requires parents to report themselves in writing to local school officials starting in 2026. Parents who do not will be considered truant. They face Class C misdemeanor charges, which are punishable by up to 30 days in jail. They also face fines and lengthy hearings forcing them to comply with the Act. Under this proposal, parents also face investigations by state child welfare officials. Click here to continue reading.
OBSERVATION - Continued attacks on homeschooling as it pulls students out of these brainwashing factories. If passed, expect aggressive lawsuits from homeschool defense organizations.
BTW, This also characterized the globalist agenda of control and propaganda indoctrination.
Illegal Immigration –
The Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will hear oral arguments Monday on whether a lower court can properly address the Trump administration’s efforts to deport Venezuelan nationals via a 1798 wartime law.
The administration asked for a stay pending appeal shortly after an initial March 15 order was issued, calling it a “massive, unauthorized imposition on the Executive’s authority to remove dangerous aliens who pose threats to the American people.”
OBSERVATION - DC circuit is notoriously leftist and will likely rule in favor of this activist judge. USSC may not be able to avoid this one.
China –
Congressional Republicans are turning up the heat on Chinese influence in the U.S. with new legislation aimed at shutting down Chinese “police stations” operating across the country. These covert outposts, reportedly set up by the Chinese Communist Party, are part of a more significant effort to monitor and intimidate Chinese nationals and dissidents living in the U.S. The proposed bill seeks to counter these foreign operations, which many lawmakers consider a serious threat to American sovereignty and national security. The move underscores growing concerns over China’s expanding reach on U.S. soil and its efforts to interfere in American affairs.
OBSERVATION - China has established dozens of these ‘stations’ around the globe. Should be able to shut down with existing laws, but this law may not see the light of day thanks to CCP sympathizers in congress.
North/South Korea –
South Korea’s Constitutional Court has overturned the impeachment of Han Duck-soo, reinstating him as acting president.

Han pledged to focus on guiding the country through the U.S. “trade war.”

OBSERVATION - Constitutional crisis continues on S K, as the communists in the parliament will now have to devise another way of removing national leadership.

- IDF prepares two more divisions to enter into Gaza.
- Concerns over a potential clash with Turkey in Syria.
——— GENERAL ——————————-
Hamas claimed to have “responded positively” to a new Egyptian proposal for a ceasefire between Israel and the terror group, according to a report by the Associated Press on Monday.
Israeli sources cited Channel 12 News confirming that Egyptian mediators had presented a new proposal and that Israel recognized “slight positive indications,” but cautioned that large gaps remained.
According to the Associated Press, the new proposal would see Hamas release five living Israeli hostages, including the American-Israeli soldier Edan Alexander.
In return, Israel would be expected to guarantee a seven-week ceasefire, release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, and restore humanitarian aid to Gaza “on a large scale.”

Hamas may be concerned as it sees the IDF advancing in Gaza and appears to so far have very little to confront the advance. The IDF has begun a multi-pronged ground offensive in Gaza since March 19 that has seen forces from several units penetrate into areas of northern Gaza, the Netzarim corridor south of Gaza city and also areas of southern Gaza.
The hints of Hamas concern can be seen in the scramble by Cairo to try to broker some kind of deal; and also reports in Arabic media.
The pro-Hezbollah Lebanese Al-Akhbar, for instance, has written about a new “assassination” policy by Israel. This comes after the high profile strikes on several Hamas political leaders in Gaza. In addition several key Hamas terrorist leaders of units in the area of Shejaiya were killed.

Israeli security source warns of a potential direct clash with Turkey on Syrian soil. Prime Minister Netanyahu will convene the security cabinet on the matter later this evening!
Two nights ago the IAF launched an unusual wave of strikes to disable strategic capabilities at air bases (Palmyra and T4) in central Syria. These are bases that Turkey has its eye on.
According to Walla News, the Syrian regime is in advanced negotiations to transfer control of the Tadmur region to the Turkish military. A defense source warns that direct friction between Israeli and Turkish forces in Syria now appears inevitable.
———“ISLAMIC RESISTANCE” ———————————
US continues strikes on Houthi assets, and has reportedly killed many high ranking leaders.
——— ASSESSMENT AND FUTURE OPERATIONS ————————-
Hamas suddenly seeing the light and accepting an Egyptian proposal for a ceasefire is right on schedule. The other shoe is about to drop in Gaza and they realize they are about to be squished. The ‘proposal’ has very little in concessions from Hamas. 5 hostages for hundreds of hamas prisoners and 7 weeks ceasefire and tons of free food and supplies. Expressly one is an “American” hostage. Not going to happen, but it makes for PR - PR that is beginning to drag anchor. See further assessment above.
Israel is aggressively targeting remaining senior Hamas leadership, most notably taking out Ibrahim Barhoum in his room in the Nasser Hospital.
Israel has also very aggressively retaken areas in northern and central Gaza they pulled back from under Phase 1. Now with at least two additional IDF divisions staged on the Gaza border they are poised to increase operations.
Houthi keep getting hit by the US and there were no ballistic missile attacks on Israel or reported attacks on the Truman overnight.
Finally, will Israel and Turkey get into a scrum in Syria? Its not a secret Turkey has plans for bases in Syria - in repayment for their support of the ISIS/AQ terrrorisist that overran Assad. Israel may be trying to make potential sites as unusable or damaged as possible to force Turkey to delay or have to invest heavily in repairing these bases. Palmyra and T4 in central Syria are strategically located for Turkey to exert control over the region. Turkey has already threatened to invade Israel over the fight in Gaza, so the situation is primed.

Turkey –
Hundreds of thousands continue to protest throughout Turkey.
The protesters entered Erdogan’s palace in Istanbul. It’s still not clear if it’s the palace of justice or the presidential palace.
The Turkish government says 1,133 people have been arrested in five days of protests across the country It says people have been “abusing” the right to protest, and warns that “terrorising the streets” will not be tolerated
Images shared on social media show dozens of protesters on the ground, apparently knocked unconscious and stacked over each other after a baton charge from the Turkish riot police in Istanbul
OBSERVATION - I warned yesterday that Turkish authorities will become increasingly violent towards protestors. Dozens were hurt overnight, but numbers continue to swell in protest across the nation. The next level is clear use of lethal weapons as numbers of protestors overwhelm security forces.
