Then Trump should set up a Go Fund Me for her sentence appeal and put some of his private lawyers in the know about the cheating onto the case.

State crimes are not pardonable by the President. What he can do is ram the DOJ up the backside of every rat in Colorado.
To: mairdie
I just did a check, and couldn’t find out if Tina Peters was convicted of federal crimes or state crimes.
If there are state crimes, Trump cannot pardon her. Only the governor can.

I’d do it anyway, get it to SCOTUS. I don’t think the constitution is explicit on this.

Trump needs to pardon these people as well as all of the J6ers and ALWAYS refer to them a POLITCAL PRISONERS like they are in all communist countries.

Her only hope is for her lawyers to get a Federal case going on a constitutional challenge, like denial of rights under color of law................

He could always threaten to withhold federal funding for a host of things until she’s pardoned. I read through the entire GP article... this is horrible what they did to this woman, and there’s a lot of people who need to go to jail instead than Tina Peters.

But the AG and FBI director can do an investigation of this lawfare persecution and get to the bottom of what went on.

Time for the “New FBI” to investigate. Check for Judicial and Prosecutorial Misconduct.
To: tired&retired
its a federal law requirement to preserve those records for a certain amount of time
the state cannot legally prosecute and convict a person for following federal election law can they ?
this conviction needs to be vacated
it was deprivation of civil rights under color of law at least imho

President Trump can't pardon her from a State conviction but Kash Patel can sure investigate this entire stinking matter.
