Agreed, 100%. The reason the Obama regime created “czar’s” was to bypass Congressional approval.

Give him a cabinet position, DHS is perfect, and get the job done right.

Also get rid of the whole possibility of “czar’s”, unelected and unapproved directors or managers of various governmental offices/departments.
