America’s intel agencies, and its law-enforcement agency, the DOJ/FBI - are rotten and corrupt as hell

I don’t know how Trump is going to clean-up that giant mountain of sh**, but those agencies are actually a threat to the republic, and it must be done.

In my opinion, in order to clean up the agencies, the person in charge needs a little bit of understanding on how the civil service system works.

The President cannot outright fire the GS-14s and below. However, what should be done is not only fire all political appointees, but identify those individuals hired by the appointees. Then find some way to transfer those individuals to areas of their respective departments where they can do the least harm. Basically, what I refer to as the birds of a feather rule. Dishonest people are not going to hire honest people.

Just a general outline.
