A guy here raised with three sisters. When of age, Dad advised them much the same.
Thing is, Dad was 6’-2” and 230#, and his mere presence pretty much set the tone of the coaching and the consequences if expectations were not met. Imposing.
On my boy side, I idolized him with his he-man size, whale breath strong physique and his deight in passing down earthly skills to me that Dad got from his farmer grandfather. I was blessed with that and the envy of my high school buds.
