1.8 million ballots is a lot of UHAUL trucks around 3am. The problem for democrats is that the 3AM ballot dump trick only really works if the race is close, and they can stuff the boxes in a handful of urban precincts. You simply can't just dump 1 million ballots off at one precinct because it is tracked how many people are registered to vote per precinct, and if you suddenly have 1 million votes in a precinct that only has 50,000 registered voters, well that is going to raise a lot of red flags, too many for even democrats to explain away. So, democrats must spread the ballots out, but at some point, that becomes untenable, it might be easy to stuff 10 precincts but 100?, 1000?
That is also the reason democrats prefer mail-in ballot fraud, you don't have the precinct issues. But the federal courts seem to be putting a stop to that this year by shutting down late mail in ballots counting.
