I think, by law, they must accept these adds. The same way as MSNBC must air Trump’s adds.
And then money talks (at least when it comes to whose ads are greater in number.)
However, Trump's complaint seems to be about Fox interfering with the CONTENT of the Trump ads.
Too late now, but maybe Trump should have demanded transcripts of negotiations for ads be made public.
