The closing argument for Trump

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are each offering a closing argument for securing your vote. I too have a closing argument.

Kamala Harris is not particularly intelligent. She went to mediocre schools, both undergrad and law. She was accepted into law school under a hardship program:

Vice President Kamala Harris was admitted to law school through University of California-San Francisco’s Legal Education Opportunity Program for students with “educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability,” according to the law school’s magazine.
Despite both parents being tenured professors. She failed the bar on her first attempt.
The UCSF Law School did not respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment about what qualified Harris for the program.
Kamala Harris. like Joe Biden, is a plagiarist in addition to being a graduate of the University of DEI.

Her boasts about being a wildly successful prosecutor are hollow and without evidence:

What then, as Roll Call put it in July, of “her experience as a prosecutor and California attorney general … and an assertive courtroom style.” Despite an exhaustive search, including numerous public records requests to her former employers and pleas to the vice president herself and to her campaign, former Department of Justice Assistant Attorney Jeff Clark has not uncovered, identified, or received any information, let alone a single transcript, to demonstrate Harris’s purported strong background as a district attorney, city attorney, or attorney general.

In fact, akin to her claim that she “did fries” at McDonald’s, there is zero evidence Harris ever “first-chaired” a civil or criminal bench or jury trial, presented or cross-examined a witness, or gave an oral argument. At best, Harris has only done nine civil or criminal cases over a 10-year span. In one, she voir dired prospective members of a jury in a criminal trial. Moreover, given the extent of Westlaw’s records, it is clear that, in her time as California Attorney General, Harris never argued for “the people” in a federal district court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, or the Supreme Court.

Not even when, for example, as I discussed last month, Harris challenged the landmark freedom of association ruling in NAACP v. Alabama at the 9th Circuit in a case clearly destined for Supreme Court review did she argue the case. Not many lead attorneys forgo such an opportunity. Certainly, I did not when one of the civil rights cases of the nonprofit, public-interest law firm I led was reviewed thrice at the high court or in the several instances when a grant of certiorari seemed possible, as when I represented Bobby Unser.

Therefore, Roll Call’s characterization of Harris’s “experience as a prosecutor and California attorney general” must be limited to her work in the office, including supervision of attorneys who actually presented and refuted evidence through witnesses and otherwise, briefed and argued cases, and took matters on appeal. Furthermore, Roll Call’s reference to her “assertive courtroom style” must be reframed because Harris was never in the courtroom. Her “assertive … style” only manifested itself at a microphone to manipulate her issue du jour.

Her career has had its curious moments
San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris' office violated defendants' rights by hiding damaging information about a police drug lab technician and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failings, a judge declared Thursday.
Here are nine cases that tell you a lot about Kamala:
1. Harris faces first test when a cop is killed
The shooting of a police officer on a poorly lit street in San Francisco in 2004 would haunt Harris for decades.

Officer Isaac Espinoza and his partner were in plainclothes when they approached a man in their unmarked vehicle on April 10. Espinoza, 29, stepped out and flashed a light at David Hill, according to accounts of trial testimony.

Hill fired several rounds from an AK-47. Two struck Espinoza, killing him. Espinoza’s partner was injured, and Hill was accused of first-degree murder, along with other charges.

The newly elected DA, Harris, declined to pursue the death penalty against Hill – consistent with her position while she campaigned for the office, but offensive to many who attended Espinoza’s funeral.

“This is not only the definition of tragedy, it’s the special circumstance called for by the death penalty law,” former Sen. Dianne Feinstein told the mourners, provoking a resounding standing ovation.

The decision immediately pitted Harris — the first woman, first Black and first Asian American district attorney in San Francisco history — against the police.

“Isaac paid the ultimate price,” said San Francisco Police Officers Association President Gary Delagnes at the funeral. “And I speak for all officers in demanding that his killer also pay the ultimate price.”

There are eight more.

Kamala had four jobs as Vice President and was empowered to act of them by Biden: border solutions, electrification of school buses, rural broadband internet and space czar. She failed at all of them.

A little history

Kamala Harris has said that there's nothing she would change about this.

Trump needs to promise they he is going to send Pedo Joe a bill for the millions of dollars he spent on his “student loan forgiveness” program without first testing them to see if they learned anything at all.

She worked under Willie Brown’s hardship program too.

Democrats are talking to me and they are desperate. They know Harris is in trouble and panic has set in. They won’t even mention her, everything is Trump this, Trump that, Trump bad.

It’s great.

Some of the TV ads Trump is now running are fantastic, correctly portraying him as the leader America needs during these perilous times.

Horse hocky. She checked two boxes on the diversity list.
