Springsteen had two good albums:
Born to Run
Born in the USA
The last one came out in 1985. I was a senior in college at SU.
He has not put anything since then that was not crap.
Judging by all the feedback, I may be the most long term Springsteen fan on FR. LOL. I’ve always tried to separate his politics and his music, but can’t do it anymore. He’s not a man of the people anymore, he’s a man of the elite. Closer to the deep state than Main street, by far.
Wonder how much he was paid to perform.
Today in Houston Harris has another rally and Beyonce is opening for her. How many will leave when she is finished and how much is she getting paid?

I met Bruce when I was a senior at SU(1985), I worked in events production at the Carrier Dome the last two years in college.
He came there to do two sold out shows on his Born In the USA tour. he seemed like a regular guy that had made it big.
He shook all our hands. Talked to us for ten minutes then went and sat at various places around the dome while the E Street band did sound checks. Then they played a set.
He had never played a small stadium like that before.
I guess the fame went to his head.
One of my room mates at SU was dating the daughter of the main promoter of the Meadowlands.
He had seen Springsteen something like a dozen times. Mostly because he got to go for FREE.
It came in handy when The Who and The Rolling Stones came to play at the Carrier Dome. He was able to get us floor seats for FREE.
Working at the Dome during college was still the best $5/hour job I ever had.

“WHO DOES NOT THREATEN”. Does Springsteen understand that Joe Biden publicly threatened Americans, not once but twice, with nukes and F15s?
“WHO WANTS TO PROTECT”. Does Springsteen realize that Biden/Harris’s open borders have killed, raped and drugged Americans?

Dittos. The guy can’t sing worth a crap and his material sucks.

So don’t assume that the lyrics to “Factory” or “Working on a Highway” are from personal experience. The Boss has never actually had a boss.
