People aren’t used hearing this kind of thing from a politician, but they hear it all the time in their day-to-day lives. People tell off-color stories and jokes all the time. It’s funny. It’s normal.
The reason President Trump is so successful in politics is that he talks like a genuine normal person rather than a fake politician.
