I have a better solution. Force them to tele commute and live in their district under our thumb.
That would stop the sell out crap.
The constitution states that the Congress shall meet at least once per year and specifies the time to begin. No legislation would
have to be passed to achieve this. The time they are to meet is not specified.
Downsize DC, enforce 10th Amendment, and tell the beaurocraps to go to H—L. Eliminate 75% of Washington and we would never miss
them. And consider the cost savings.

The Jet Streams are at 30,000 to 39,000ft.
The ionosphere begins at 158,000 ft.
The atmospheric pressure at the bottom of the ionosphere is three orders of magnitude smaller than the air pressure at the jet stream altitude. It naturally is, by comparison, a vacuum.
That “good explanation” from the “video comments” is a load of hogwash.

The amount of energy needed to change the atmosphere requires a LARGE area and LOTS of energy.
It is simply not even sane to conclude that all that gobbledygook.

Bernard Eastlund is acknowledged as the primary source for the technology that became HAARP. Eastlund believed that it was possible for ionospheric heaters to move the jet stream:
“I had looked at using this intense beam, which can be angled, to do some experiments in terms of guiding the jet stream, moving it from one spot to another,” Eastlund admitted. “I presume it is possible, which might lend credence to these other things.”

The entire climate science community pretend to be scratching their heads over the ever more erratic jet stream patterns. The "experts" continue to come up with various explanations as to why the jet stream is behaving the way it is, but all of these explanations are willfully blind to the geoengineering elephant in the room. Ionosphere heater installations located around the globe are a major component of the ongoing climate engineering. These extremely powerful and dangerous facilities are being used to manipulate the jet stream.

We study the effects of the middle atmosphere dynamics on the mid-latitude and subauroral ionosphere during the winter jet stream that occurred at the stratosphere/lower mesosphere heights in the Northern Hemisphere over 2008–2013. The variations in the ionospheric parameters observed at different longitudes in the Northern Hemisphere significantly depended on the ionosonde position relative to the jet stream zone in the strato-mesosphere.
That man-made ionospheric heating (like HAARP) can effect the jet stream - is not at all an outrageous claim.

The enormous transmitter power, fully programmable antenna array, and agile frequency generation of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility in Alaska have allowed the production of unprecedented disturbances in the ionosphere. Using both pencil beams and conical (or twisted) beam transmissions, artificial ionization clouds have been generated near the second, third, fourth, and sixth harmonics of the electron gyrofrequency. The conical beam has been used to sustain these clouds for up to 5 h as opposed to less than 30 min durations produced using pencil beams. The largest density plasma clouds have been produced at the highest harmonic transmissions.
