If you wanted a fake photo op you’d AI or Photoshop it or just load the ass end to make it look full. Loading an entire C-17 would take a lot to say the least and aircraft malfunctions are a daily occurrence.
Read the dates...things get fixed. This happens all the time, you load up get ready to go, aircraft breaks, unload to another aircraft.
I’ve been offloaded numerous times on commercial flights for aircraft that break. You ever fly anywhere?

Yes it is and it may be 100% true. The real problem is we have been lied to so often by the Biden Harris administration. Even if they are telling the truth, which is rare, the public does not know if it is the truth or just another lie.
