DEI is fascist-commie doctrine.
Of course it’s compatible with the Academia of today.

DEI is “Reverse Discrimination”
Gender reassignment is “Sterilization”
Misinformation control is “Thought control”
Socialism is one step from Communism and a life in prison

We need to go back to the original definition of Diversity, "including people from different ethnicities and social backgrounds", not just "fewer whites".
It would also help if we kept admission and qualification standards and not dumbing it down for the sake of "Diversity".
Equity is unattainable and unfair to the harder working students.

You cannot have freedom of any sort if you limit how many of who get rewards. That’s tyranny, fools.

You can trust college professors. They’re objective and neutral.

Message: The American Council of Trustees and Alumni called the AAUP’s statement a “giant step backward”. They [have] sent a clear signal that they don’t represent professors who don’t conform with DEI statement mandates. Our academics deserve better,” the ACTA wrote.
In August, more than 1,000 scholars signed a petition opposing the American Association of University Professors’ support of academic boycotts. AAUP’s position is wrong-headed and dangerous. We cannot safeguard academic freedom by violating academic freedom. Normalizing academic boycotts poses a profound threat to academic freedom.”
AAUP’s new president Todd Wolfson’s name-calling, saying Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance is a “fascist” is unworthy of an academic.
