Actually, both are correct. And, believe it or not, when running for higher office, not looking like a fool is just as important as not being one. Because you can "fool some of the people some of the time". Justin Trudeau didn't look like a fool until his fake eyebrow got loose (and not counting his blackface days), but he most certainly is a fool. Prince Harry didn't look like a fool in photos before his marriage (except for the Nazi uniform episode) but he most certainly is one, and it is visible now that the Palace no longer covers for his "resting stoned face".
