I am 63 and I will never take the jabs. Granted, I got Covid, then developed Long Covid, but I’d rather be as I am than to have gotten one of those jabs and possibly be dead.

We’re older than you, had COVID, and got over it in a month or so. My wife tried to bike 5 miles during recovery and had to stop and lie on the grass after 3 miles. The last 3 months we’ve biked 1,200 miles including 3 rides of 50-miles, all on less efficient hybrid bikes.
You DON’T have to put up with “long COVID”, but you will have to keep digging, researching, adjusting your diet, and experimenting. Paraphrasing a TV show, “The cure is out there.”
