Maybe, to definitely for certain values of out out of equipment. The most modern and in best condition equipment from those stock piles has gone to Ukraine in the last 2 years. Some of the stuff there that is some combination of terrible condition and of questionable utility on the modern battlefield will still be in the depots next year. i.e. who wants a t-64 with bird nests where the optics should be, mice nesting in the auto-loader, and lots of rust on the hull (it took use of lots of leverage to get the hatch open to do a visual inspection of the auto-loader).
They will have to use them if only for stationary artillery or armored bombs.
But that is all their armor, and most, if not all, of the artillery pieces - some of those may be redeemed, if they make new tubes for them, but even that is in doubt.
