I have to go get a replacement SS card because when I was six, my mom laminated it. The Commonwealth won’t accept it.

Assuming you know your SS# and have a valid mailing address, you can literally request a free replacement ID online and receive it in a matter of days.

Not as of yesterday. LOL. They told me what form to complete and I had to go down to the office. The SSA office in my city is akin to the bar scene in Star Wars or Rick’s in Casablanca. It’s not something I am looking forward to.
