Somewhere I read that 90% of Chinese naval vessels can’t sail more than 400 miles from the Chinese coast.
I wonder if there’s any truth to that assessment.
It is true the Chinese Navy is primarily a frigate navy, lacking in blue water / long range replenishment capabilities. But, if we don’t get on the ball with our logistics capability (aging and has repeatedly been cut back) we are gonna be in the same boat soon. Not true at all. US Navy charters a lot of China made ships and they perform okay.
